Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
